Middle Eastern Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    coarse ground black pepper to taste (1/8 tsp.)
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into 18 to 20 (1 1/4-inch) meatballs.
    Coat a skillet with nonstick nonfat cooking spray and saute the meatballs 8 to 10 minutes, until no longer pink in the center.
    Stir occasionally.
