Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. broken pecans
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Beat well. Add eggs.
    Add dry ingredients and nuts.
    Mix. Add carrots. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan.
