Alaska Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In saucepan, place margarine and water; bring to a boil.
    Pour mixture into a bowl with sugar, flour and salt.
    Blend in with a mixer, then add buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla, along with the eggs.
    When all ingredients are blended, pour into a greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Spread with frosting while still a bit warm.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired.
