Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced carrots, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. herb flavored stuffing
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients and place in greased 2-quart casserole. Toss bread stuffing and mix with 1/3 cup melted butter. Spoon over carrots. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
