All American Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
    1 pkg. McCormick/Schilling chili seasoning
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in 2 to 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring often.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, beans and chili seasoning.
    Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir chili before serving.
    Top with cheese and onion.
    Makes 4 servings.
