Chicken Mandarin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 dark meat chicken parts or any other chicken parts
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ginger
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place chicken in large shallow pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours turning occasionally to coat chicken. Remove chicken from marinade. Boil marinade for a minute or so. Cover chicken with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes. Baste occasionally with marinade.
