Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
    3 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops.
    Roll in flour.
    Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel.
    Saute onion and peppers.
    Combine last 6 ingredients in roasting pan.
    Stir in peppers and onions.
    Add pork chops.
    Spoon liquid over chops.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until chops are tender.
