Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained well
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Place chicken in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange sauerkraut over chicken.
Top with Swiss cheese and pour salad dressing evenly over cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until fork can be easily inserted into chicken.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
