Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. hot water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    approximately 5 c. bread flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, put first six ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Put yeast in a cup; add 1/2 cup warm water.
    Stir yeast-water and add to bowl.
    Add 5 cups of bread flour.
    Stir.
    Add more flour as needed, so it will not be sticky.
    Knead about 10 minutes.
    Must be able to hear bubbles of yeast snapping.
    Let rise several hours.
