Sausage And Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice, cooked separately
Preparation
    Cook sausage over low heat in a large skillet, pouring off grease, now and then, and stirring to crumble meat.
    Add onion, bell pepper, celery and cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup and cooked rice.
    Pour into casserole dish, cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
