Bean Curd With Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
4 scallions, chopped
1 Tbsp. thin soy sauce
1 Tbsp. heavy soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. low-sodium chicken stock
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 large pkg. tofu, cut into 2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation

Mix together the oyster sauce, 3 of the scallions, the soy sauces, sugar, chicken stock and cornstarch and set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet.
When very hot, add the tofu and fry gently until light brown.
Add the sauce and turn down the heat.
Stir to coat.
Serve when the sauce thickens, topped with remaining scallions.
Serve with brown rice and vegetable or salad.
