Ingredients

3/4 c. rolled oats
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 ripe banana
2 egg whites
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
In a smaller bowl, mash the banana.
Add egg whites, buttermilk, oil and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Add to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Spoon batter onto griddle.
