Low Cholesterol Golden Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. egg substitute or egg white
    1/3 c. corn oil margarine, melted
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, meal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add egg substitute, milk and margarine, stirring only until mixed. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until brown.
    One serving equals 0 mg cholesterol.
