Hong Kong Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 loin pork chops
salt
1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 green pepper
1/2 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 lemon, sliced
Preparation

Salt chops and brown.
Cover with onion slices.
Mix soy sauce, sherry, lemon juice, mushrooms with juice, ginger and garlic powder and pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Add green pepper, water chestnuts (drained) and sliced lemon and bake additional 15 minutes.
