Scalloped Ground Beef And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    4 large unpeeled potatoes, sliced
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper in skillet for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently; drain. Arrange 1/3 of the potato slices in 2-quart baking dish.
    Layer ground beef mixture and remaining potato slices 1/2 at a time in dish.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
    Pour over layers. Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes longer.

    6 servings.
