Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in order and mix thoroughly.
    Bake in regular layer cake pans which have been buttered, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
