Ritzy Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
    Place pineapple in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with mixture of flour and sugar.
    Pour reserved juice over top. Sprinkle with cheese and cracker crumbs. Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with ham.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
