Nisu(Finnish Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 large beaten eggs
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. warm water
    4 or 5 cardamon seeds, pounded
    1/2 c. butter
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter, ground cardamon and salt together.
    Add hot milk.
    Mix and let mixture cool.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup warm water.
    Add dissolved yeast and eggs in cooled mixture.
    Add flour gradually, working in well with a spoon.
    Then knead with hands until firm and smooth.
    Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place until double in size (about 2 hours).
