Light Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 canned biscuits or unbaked pastry shell
    3/4 c. water
    1 lb. ground turkey or chuck
    3/4 c. tomato paste
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    If using canned biscuits, press into a pan to form crust. Combine ground turkey and onion.
    Lightly brown.
    Add water, tomato paste and taco seasoning; cook for 10 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Layer meat mixture with cheese, ending with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
