Grilled Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except for pork.
Pour into shallow container and add tenderloin, turning to coat.
Cover and chill 8 hours.
Remove pork from marinade.
Grill for 35 minutes or until done or bake in oven at 350\u00b0.
To serve, slice thinly and arrange on platter.
Serve with hoisin and sweet and sour sauces.
