Dan'S Favorite Saucy Steak Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole potatoes, save liquid
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 strips green pepper, cut up
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can green beans, kitchen cut
Preparation
    Cut
    steak
    into
    bite-size
    pieces
    and coat in flour. Brown in
    oil
    in 10-inch skillet with onion about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Open cans of potatoes and pour liquid into measuring cup, adding water
    to equal 1 1/2 cups.
    To the potato liquid add
    ketchup,
    Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, salt, marjoram
    leaves and pepper.
    Mix and pour on beef and onion.
    Add green
    pepper.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and
    simmer 1 1/4 hours.
    Cut whole potatoes in half and add them
    and
    green beans
    to
    skillet.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve with bread; rather spicy dish.
    Serves 4.
