Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    Velveeta cheese
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Remove from stove and add sour cream and soup.
    In a casserole dish, layer squash, cheese and crumbled crackers.
    Repeat until gone.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 and cook until bubbly.
