Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli or 8 to 10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked until tender
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 2 c. white rice (may use Minute or cooking rice)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    In a 2-quart baking dish, mix rice and soup.
    Add broccoli. Top with Velveeta cheese slices.
    Place in oven or microwave. Cook until cheese is melted.
