Stuffed Beef Flank - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. beef flank
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 large can mushrooms, diced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can beef broth
warm water (if needed to moisten mixture)
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 to 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 large onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Brush meat with melted oleo.
Mix all remaining ingredients together.
Spread on beef flank.
Roll up jelly roll fashion and tie with string.
