Ricotta Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese, drained
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed dry
    flour (to coat balls)
    marinara sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, except flour and marinara sauce.
    Form balls (meatball size) and roll in flour. Place on flat dish, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Place balls in boiling, salted water for 5 to 7 minutes until they float on top.
    Place balls in casserole dish and cover with marinara sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
