Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. melted butter
grated cheese and garlic (for extra taste)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat together the eggs and milk.
Add flour and salt.
Beat with a fork until mix is uniform.
Now, add any extra flavorings.
Preheat muffin tin for 5 minutes.
Then brush each cup with melted butter.
Fill each cup 3/4 full with batter.
Keep muffin tin hot by working quickly.
Bake for 35 minutes, never opening oven until done.
Then prick each popover with fork to hold its shape.
Serve immediately.
