Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. water
1 large can Pet milk
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. sugar
graham cracker crust
1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and boiling water.
Let set until it begins to congeal.
Mix sugar and cream cheese together until smooth.
Mix Jell-O in cream cheese mixture.
Whip Pet milk, which has been chilled, until stiff.
Fold into cream cheese and Jell-O mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust and let stand for several hours. You can put a small can of pineapple on top if you desire.
You may also sprinkle graham cracker on top.
