Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 yellow squash
    2 zucchini
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. fresh green beans, cut
    3 to 4 tomatoes, cut up
    parsley and garlic
Preparation
    In large pot, saute butter and onion.
    Cut up vegetables and add to butter and onion.
    Cook, covered, until done.
    Put vegetables in large casserole; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serve and enjoy.
