Chocolate Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 sticks oleo
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
    7 Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Melt oleo in oblong pan. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla and milk. Pour over butter. Mix cocoa and 3/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle over flour mixture. Slowly drizzle water over this. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
