Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. apples, chopped but not too fine

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and soda.
Mix in oil, cinnamon and eggs; add chopped apples.
Grease and flour three (9-inch) pans; divide dough among pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
