Crawfish Corn Maquchoux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-12 oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained or 12 ears fresh corn cut off the cob
    1 stick margarine
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 fresh tomato, diced
    1/2 lb. crawfish tails
    red or black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt margarine and add all
    ingredients except crawfish.
    Cook until corn is tender.
    Add crawfish and cook about 10 minutes longer.
