Aunt Belle'S Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped carrots
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 tsp. brandy
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oleo until soft, not brown. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in broth, then milk. Cook, stirring, until it thickens and boils. Stir in salt and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley.
