1 c. chopped, roasted peanuts
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. comfectioners sugar
4 1/2 oz. container frozen whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
1 oz. sweet chocolate, grated
Preparation

Layer 1:
In small bowl, thoroughly mix 2/3 cup chopped peanuts, flour and softened butter.
Press into bottom of 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool thoroughly.
