Mom'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 2/3 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix eggs and spices.
    Slowly add hot milk.
    Pour into pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes.
