Apricot Granola Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. granola
    1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar until smooth.
    Beat in eggs.
    Stir in milk and almond extract.
    In another bowl, mix flours, baking powder, cinnamon, granola and apricots.
    Add to butter mixture and beat until just moistened.
    Divide batter among 12 large greased or lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
