Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. rice
    3 cans beef consomme
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown pork
    chops on medium heat.
    Place rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with pork chops.
    Place onion slices on pork chops.
    Pour consomme over all. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
