Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked pie shells
    cooked ham or bacon, crumbled (I use shaved ham from the deli)
    grated Swiss cheese
    grated cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper, to taste
    sauteed onions
    sauteed mushrooms
Preparation
    Put layer of meat, onions and mushrooms in bottom of pie shells.
    Add Swiss and cheddar cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
    Pour over meat and cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 more minutes.
