Hot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 pkg. (3 to 4 oz.) chipped beef
    2 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. ground pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Saute pecans and salt in margarine.
    Cream the cheese and all other ingredients.
    Spread cheese mixture on pie plate and top with pecans.
    Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot with crackers.
