Camp Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    5 strips bacon
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Slice bacon into 1-inch strips and fry in pan until crisp. Remove bacon; drain on paper towel.
    Add potatoes and onions to bacon fat; fry until lightly browned.
    Add bacon, salt and pepper. Cover and cook slowly for approximately 15 minutes.
