Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas.
Bake in 3 greased, floured 9-inch layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely.
