Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 c. cooked carrots, cut lengthwise (reserve 1/4 c. liquid and mix with carrot mixture)
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
