Homemade Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground round or lean ground beef
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
    5 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 dried red pepper
Preparation
    Mix well with hands; refrigerate 24 hours. Repeat mixing, then divide into 4 rolls. Cook 12 hours at 150\u00b0.
