Hamburger Patty Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
2 medium carrots
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Peel vegetables and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Form beef into 12 small flat patties.
In 2-quart casserole, layer half of patties, then half of vegetables, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Repeat.
Add water.
Press down into casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover.
When arranging the patties and vegetables on top layer, be sure that patties are fully covered to prevent scorching.
Microwave on Medium 25 to 28 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
