Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. sliced apples
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Roll out the pastry and fit it into a nine-inch pie plate.
    Combine the sour cream, egg, lemon juice and flour.
    Fold in the sliced apples and place the mixture in the pastry shell.
    Either full or strips for top shell.
    Cook one hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
