Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. fresh cooked shrimp, chopped fine
Preparation

Whip cream cheese.
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and dissolve over low heat.
Fold into cheese.
Add chopped celery, mayonnaise, grated onion and shrimp.
Season to taste.
Pour into oiled fish mold and chill until firm.
Serve with crackers of your choice.
Yield: 12 servings.
