Bacalao Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes
    1 strip codfish (bacolao)
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 frozen pkg. French-cut green beans
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    olive oil
    vinegar
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
Preparation
    Boil codfish and rinse to take out extra salt.
    Slice onion and the peppers in rings.
    Cook beans.
    Slice the eggs in rings.
    Take a platter; place the boiled potatoes, cut in rings or rounds on bottom.
    Add flaked bacolao (codfish), add French-cut green beans. Add the colored peppers and onions.
    Place rings of eggs on top. Pour olive oil and vinegar over all of it.
