Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn (two microwave bags)
    1 c. peanuts (optional)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Use
    1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup granulated for lighter recipe (less sweet).
