Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. stuffing mix
    6 eggs, beaten
    4 scallions, chopped
    3/4 c. softened oleo
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Accent
Preparation
    Mix well; refrigerate overnight or all day.
    Shape in small 1-inch balls.
    Can be frozen.
    When ready to use, bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
