Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and cornstarch in saucepan.
Add butter and milk.
Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly.
Continue cooking until mixture reaches desired thickness.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Cool.
Store in refrigerator.
Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
