Connie'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rigoletti
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
2 large cans tomatoes
1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Cook rigoletti according to package directions and drain.
Set aside.
Fry onion and pepper in large pan with chicken.
Add hamburger or ground turkey. Fry until cooked, but not dry. Add salt, tomatoes, cheese, bay leaf, oregano, marjoram and drained rigoletti. When cheese has melted, put into a greased casserole dish. Top with 4 slices of cheese.
Melt cheese under broiler.
